International rules of crying shotgun

To shot gun or not...

  1. You can not call shot-gun unless you are 100% certain to realise the opportunity you are calling for.
  2. There are always a winner and a looser in a shot gun call - the winner must obey any wishes from the loser in a time frame of no less then two weeks.
  3. Violation of any of above rules will be considered high crime and punished by removal of all wheels that the owner is in position of.
